Since early 2019, Paul Sharma and his team at CFM have provided Colliers, and my Metrotower III building with a broad range of janitorial services (daily/nightly cleaning, custodial services), as well as the provision of additional add-on contracted services such as: carpet cleaning, exterior window washing, exterior pressure washing, and parkade scrubbing.
I can say that me and my Colliers team, are extremely satisfied with the work that Paul and his team provide, whereby we just recently renewed our contract with CFM for an additional three years.
Paul is very customer focused, and is always readily available when we have any questions, special needs, or concerns. In addition, Paul is always quick to come up with solutions to address the aforementioned. I wish we had more vendors like Paul and his CFM team.
